Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 3-4 sitafal (remove seeds and grind little)
  2. 1ltr creamy milk
  3. 100gms sugar
  4. Almonds optional

Instructions

  1. Take a pan pour milk and boil it.
  2. After boiling it forms a layer just push that layer on one side of pan.
  3. Keep stirring it in between and push aside other layers as they form.
  4. It should get reduced to 1/4th then add a secret ingredient I.e soda(eating soda powder)
  5. Then after soda it becomes more thick keep stirring and add sugar.
  6. After adding sugar as it gets melts turn off the flame and keep for cooling.
  7. After it gets cool add sitafal.
  8. Decorate with almonds(optional).
