Ingredients to make Healthy Chatpata Chana

  • Boiled chane (black chole)
  • cucumber- 1 chopped
  • onion- 1 chopped
  • tomato- 1chopped
  • Green chilli- 1 chopped
  • capsicum- 1/2 chopped
  • salt to taste
  • chilli powder
  • Amchoor powder
  • Chat masala
  • lemon juice
  • Nylon sev or bhujia

How to make Healthy Chatpata Chana

  1. Take boiled chane in a bowl.
  2. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, green chilli, cucumber.
  3. Then add salt and red chilli powder according to taste.
  4. Sprinkle chat masala and amchoor powder.
  5. Mix it well.
  6. Add 1tsp of lemon juice.
  7. Mix again properly.
  8. Sprinkle nylon sev or bhujia and serve.
