ABOUT Mixed curry RECIPE

It is a mixture of dal, vegs and chicken.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup French beans finely chopped
  2. 1 cup carrots finely chopped
  3. 1 cup soaked moong dal
  4. 1 cup diced boiled chicken
  5. 1 cup cubed potato
  6. 1 cup cabbage chopped
  7. 1 cup tomatoes chopped
  8. Handful coriander leaves chopped
  9. Few leaves of curry patta
  10. One medium onion chopped
  11. 1 tsp jeera
  12. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  13. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan. Sauté onions till translucent. Add jeera.
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes. Cook till tender.
  3. Add vegs alongwith chilli powder, haldi, dhania jeera powder.
  4. Cook till all vegs are half cooked now at this stage add soaked moong dal. Some water n cook till done. Adjust salt.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with roti or rice.
