Chicken Honey Mustard Sausages

Ingredients to make Chicken Honey Mustard Sausages

  • chicken sausages - 200 gm
  • Freshly ground mustard powder - 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil - 1 and 1/2 tbsp
  • butter - 1 tbsp, heaped
  • honey - 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce- 1 tbsp
  • chilli flakes- a pinch

How to make Chicken Honey Mustard Sausages

  1. Cut the sausages in 1-inch thick pieces.
  2. Smear mustard on the sausages.
  3. Heat a heavy-bottomed non-stick pan. Add the oil and butter.
  4. Add the sausages, honey, chilli flakes and soya sauce.
  5. Cook for about 12 minutes on a medium flame, till the sausages are sticky and have a dark glaze.
  6. Serve hot.
