ABOUT Dry Fruits & Nuts Rawa Ladoo RECIPE

It's the most easy and quick sweet that my grand mother used to make for us.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup - Semolina
  2. 1 cup - Sugar
  3. Chopped Nuts- 1 cup (I added Cashew, Pistachios, Almond, Pumpkin seeds & Raisins)
  4. 3 table spoons - Ghee / Butter
  5. 1/2 cup milk or as required

Instructions

  1. Dry roast Semolina for 3mins until we get nice aroma and the Colour is changed. Keep aside to cool.
  2. Add Ghee / Butter in a pan and roast all the Nuts each separately till they change their colour.
  3. Add all the roasted nuts to the Semolina along with Sugar. Mix throughly before starting to make ladoos.
  4. Add a milk slowly to small quality of the mixture to make these Yummy Ladoos. Note: Please do not add milk at once to the mixture to avoid the extra moisture for easy ladoo making.
