Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton 1/2 cup
  2. Rice 1 cup
  3. Onion paste 5 tsp
  4. Onion 2
  5. Tomato 2
  6. Ginger garlic paste 6 tsp
  7. Chilli powder 3 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1 tsp
  9. Biryani masala 1 tsp
  10. Salt as required
  11. Oil as required
  12. Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  13. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  14. Curd 1/2 cup
  15. Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  16. Cinnamon small
  17. Cardamom 2
  18. Cloves 2

Instructions

  1. In pan heat oil and ghee add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.after add onion saute it till golden brown
  2. Then add Ginger garlic paste.and tomato.add chilli powder,onion paste, garam masala, biryani masala .mix it well
  3. In pressure cooker cook mutton and keep it aside.
  4. After add Cooked mutton pieces.add curd, coriander leaves,and mint leaves mix and add coconut milk cook for 10 min
  5. After add rice and cook for 20-30 min in low flame
  6. Spicy healthy mutton Biryani is ready
