Ingredients to make Yummy porridge kachori

  • Oats 1 cup
  • Milk 1 1/2 cup
  • Dry fruits ( 1 katori )
  • Carrot grated ( 1/2 ) cup
  • Dates 6 no washed and cut
  • Coconut shredded 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Wheat flour for kachori ( you can take maida also)
  • Ghee for frying.
  • Black currant. 1/2 katori
  • Cardamom powder

How to make Yummy porridge kachori

  1. Cook oats in milk.
  2. Add carrots and dates.
  3. Add sugar.
  4. Let it cool.
  5. Add dry fruits, finely chopped.
  6. Add cardamom powder.
  7. Knead wheat flour ( maida).
  8. Roll and fill kachori.
  9. Dry roast on a tawa and then deep fry in ghee.
  10. Enjoy to the fullest.

My Tip:

Roasting on tawa make it crispy.

Hi Manisha ! can I use CORNFLAKES in place of oats as I am allergic to it. Can u suggest some other substitute if cornflakes don't go.
