Ingredients to make Oil free roasted mixture namkeen

  • 2-bowl murmure
  • 2-bowl raw chirwa
  • 2-bowl peanuts
  • 2-bowls roasted and crushed makhanas, kishmish and nuts as per your choice
  • 1-string chopped kari patta
  • salt 1 tsp.
  • Black salt 1tsp
  • Saunf powder/fennel seeds powder 1tsp
  • Chaat masala 1tsp
  • sugar 1tsp
  • For tempering-
  • 1tbsp oil
  • 1tsp mustard seeds

How to make Oil free roasted mixture namkeen

  1. Microwave murmura peanuts and makhana and chirwa one by one in the Microwave- 1minute murmura, 1minute makhana, 1minute peanuts, 2 minutes chirwa.
  2. Microwave chopped curry leaves for 30 seconds.
  3. In a bowl mix microwaved ingredients with nuts.
  4. Add salt and other masalas with sugar.
  5. In another bowl microwave oil for 1 mint with mustard seeds.
  6. Pour this tempering over microwaved mixture.
  7. Turn and mix with spatula.
  8. Pur it in a airtight jar.

My Tip:

After cooling all the ingredients completely, then store in an air tight jar.
