Momo Hariyaali

Ingredients to make Momo Hariyaali

  • Shredded broccoli 1 cup
  • paneer grated 1 cup
  • onion 1 big
  • ground nuts (roasted and ground coarse ) 1 tbsp
  • Grated coconut 1 tbsp(course)
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Finely sieved wheat flour 1 cup
  • tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
  • garlic grated 1 tsp
  • eggs 2 boiled.
  • spinach leaves 15 no.
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder, according to taste.
  • Mixed herbs. 1 tbsp

How to make Momo Hariyaali

  1. Wash coriander leaves and blend.
  2. Add salt and oil to the flour and knead dough with the blended spinach. Keep aside.
  3. Cut onion small , stir fry in oil, add broccoli, saute little, add grated paneer.
  4. Add grated coconut.
  5. Add all masala mix well.
  6. Add tomato ketchup and herbs.
  7. Grate full billed eggs and mix.
  8. Let the mixture cool.
  9. Roll momos and fill this mixture.
  10. Steam it , serve hot with garlic chilli sauce.

My Tip:

Stir fry on high flame to evaporate all the water.
