  1. In a cooker heat oil. Add hing,chillies, adharak and channa dal. Stir for 2-3 minutues.Add all the vegetables and green leafy vegetables.Stir well.

My Tip:

Turn off the gas, open the cooker lid and mash the vegetables lightly, It should be of thick consistency but not pureed completely. Add lemon juice and serve piping hot with rotis and parathas.
