Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat Flour-2 cups
  2. Sugar ground - 1/2 cups
  3. Desi ghee - 1 cup
  4. Almonds - 2 tbs
  5. Cashewnuts - 2 tbs
  6. Gur ki shakker - 1/2 cup
  7. Goond (fried and grinded) - 1 /4 cup
  8. Makhana (fried and ground) - 1 /2 cup
  9. Pista - 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. 1. Take desi ghee in a pan, add wheat flour, and roast over slow flame up to brown colour. Stop flame.
  2. 2. Add ground sugar, almonds, cashewnuts, gur ki shakker, gond, ground makhana
  3. 3. Garnish with pista.
  4. serve hot.
