  • wheat flour-2 cups
  • sugar ground - 1/2 cups
  • Desi ghee - 1 cup
  • almonds - 2 tbs
  • cashewnuts - 2 tbs
  • gur ki shakker - 1/2 cup
  • Goond (fried and grinded) - 1 /4 cup
  • Makhana (fried and ground) - 1 /2 cup
  • pista - 1 tbs

  1. 1. Take desi ghee in a pan, add wheat flour, and roast over slow flame up to brown colour. Stop flame.
  2. 2. Add ground sugar, almonds, cashewnuts, gur ki shakker, gond, ground makhana
