Ingredients to make Asparagus Salad

  • asparagus 150g
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 3-4 gloves chopped
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli flakes 1 tsp

How to make Asparagus Salad

  1. Cut the asparagus into small pieces as desired
  2. Steam the asparagus in boiling water or a steamer for 3mins
  3. Heat the Olive Oil in a saucepan on medium heat
  4. Add the garlic and chilli flakes to the saucepan
  5. Add the asparagus to the saucepan next and cook for 2mins
  6. Add the salt
