Ingredients to make Drumstick leaves and pigeon pea seeds poriyal

  • 2 cups drumsticks leaves
  • Pigeon pea seeds 6 tbsp
  • 1 big onion chopped
  • garlic lightly crushed 7
  • 1tbp oil
  • Dry red chilli 3
  • curry leaves 5
  • 2tbp grated coconut
  • salt

How to make Drumstick leaves and pigeon pea seeds poriyal

  1. Boil pigeon seed in little water, keep aside.
  2. In kadai heat oil add curry leaves garlic and red chillies, saute for a minute then add onion, drumsticks leaves and salt. Sprinkle 1 cup water.
  3. Cook for 7minutes then add pigeon seeds and coconut, cook further more for 5 minutes, serve with roti.
