Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Grated Carrot 1 cup
  3. Grated coconut 1 cup.
  4. Sugar 1 cup( according to sweet you prefer)
  5. Cardamom powder 1 tsp.
  6. Jaifal 1 tsp
  7. Ghee for frying

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth batter of wheat flour.
  2. Add sugar and keep aside for 3 to 4 hrs.
  3. Add carrot and coconut.
  4. Add cardamom powder and beat well, not to form lumps.
  5. Heat ghee in nonstick pan and deep fry all malpuas one by one.
  6. Serve hot with kheer.
