Spicy vegetable and paneer pasta

Ingredients to make Spicy vegetable and paneer pasta

  • Pasta of your choice ( this recipe uses penne and macaroni)
  • paneer cubes - a handful
  • onion - 1 Finely Chopped
  • tomato - 1 finely chopped
  • capsicum (green, red and yellow) - finely chopped
  • red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Channa masala powder - 2 tsp
  • tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
  • red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
  • Light soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Green chilli sauce - 1tsp
  • sugar - 1tsp
  • ginger - finely chopped - 1tsp
  • garlic - finely chopped - 2 tsp
  • oil - 2 tsp

How to make Spicy vegetable and paneer pasta

  1. Add the pasta to boiling water with a little salt and cook until done.
  2. In a pan , heat some oil and add the Ginger and garlic.
  3. Add the onions, sugar and saute for a minute.
  4. Add the tomatoes, red chilli powder, channa masala powder, salt and mix well.
  5. Add a little water so the spices don't burn. Let this cook for a good 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the capsicum, all the sauces and mix well.
  7. Once the capsicum is half done, crumble the paneer with your hands and add to it. Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
  8. Check for seasoning and adjust.
  9. Turn off the heat and serve hot.
