ABOUT Masala cheese bread RECIPE

A quick snack requiring minimum ingredients .Tasty bread cheese potato mash spread . Toasted on greased non stick ,so no frying yet yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 Big slices of bread
  2. 2 Potatoes
  3. 3 tblspoon mozzarella cheese
  4. 1 tspn salt
  5. 1/2 tspn pepper
  6. 1 tspn Chaat masala
  7. 2 tblspoon butter of your choice
  8. Option- garlic butter tastes great
  9. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut out rounds of bread with help of a glass edge or sharp lids of jars.
  2. Boil potatoes, peel, cool and mash well.
  3. Add grated cheese to potatoes.
  4. To this add salt, pepper, chaat masala and chopped coriander.
  5. Make a mash which can be a soft spread.
  6. Spread some butter on the cut bread rounds.
  7. Now apply potatoes mash .
  8. Heat griddle and apply some butter.
  9. Now roast the potatoes mash side first.
  10. Then roast the other side too till crisp.
  11. Enjoy hot with ketchup.
