Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  2. Ragi flour 2 tablespoons
  3. Soya flour 1 tablespoon
  4. Dats plup 1 cup
  5. Rosted makhana Crumbs 1 tablespoon
  6. Rosted mix dryfruits 2 tablespoons
  7. cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Nutmeg powder 1 / 4 teaspoon
  9. Ghee 2 tablespoons
  10. For garnishing caramel sauce 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take ghee in a pan.
  2. Add dats plup. Roste it.
  3. Take another pan add ghee, wheat flour, ragi flour and soya flour.
  4. Roste it. till it turns pink.
  5. Add rosted dats plup, rosted dryfruits Crumbs and makhana Crumbs.
  6. Add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.
  7. Make it small balls. rub rosted dryfruits Crumbs.
  8. Garnish with caramel sauce or honey.
  9. Easy powerpake balls is ready to serve.
