Chilled Lemon Pie

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Amul cream 1 cup
  2. Milkmaid-1/2 tin
  3. Lemon juice-1/3 cup
  4. 6-8 tsp of melted butter
  5. Digestive biscuits-15-20
  6. Few drops of green colour

Instructions

  1. First crush the biscuits finely and add melted butter, mix well.Press this on a greased pie dish and chill for 15 mins in fridge.
  2. Whisk condensed milk and lemon juice together well.Whip the cream to a soft peak.Fold into the condensed milk mixture till combined.
  3. Pour on the chilled biscuits layer and swirl green colour through the mixture to get marble effect.Freeze for 2 hrs or until set.Yummy lemon pie is ready.
