  4. salt as per taste
  5. 2 tsp olive oil
  6. 1+1/2 cup lukewarm water to knead the dough
  7. FOR CHICKEN OR SOYA MINCE:
  8. Here you can add readymade pizza sauce or can prepare red sauce at home. For vegetarian , you can alter the chicken mince with soaked soya granules or mashed paneer.
  9. 2 tbsp olive oil
  10. 1 large chopped onion
  11. 5-6 crushed garlic
  12. 500 gm chicken mince
  13. 5 tbsp red sauce
  14. salt as per taste
  15. FOR RED SAUCE:
  16. 3 large red tomatoes
  17. 2 slit green chillies
  18. 7-8 fat garlic cloves
  19. 1" sliced garlic
  20. Salt
  21. 5 tbsp olive oil
  22. For toppings:
  23. Loading the top of pizza is upon you. Still I have mentioned approximate measurements of the following ingredients for the topping of 1 pizza.
  24. 4 tbsp of red sauce
  25. 4 tbsp of chicken mince
  26. Sliced red, green and yellow bell peppers and red cabbage
  27. Sliced chicken bacon rashers
  28. Mozzarella, parmesan and spiced cheddar cheese as much as you wish
  29. 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  30. 1 tbsp chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. FOR THE BASE: First of all, take warm water and add yeast to it. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl add all ingredients of crust including water with added yeast. Just mix and leave to rise till doubles in volume. It may take 1-2 hours.
  3. FOR RED SAUCE: Meanwhile preheat oven at 200 degree celcius. Add all the ingredients of red sauce in a baking tray and drizzle olive oil over them. Bake for 15 minutes and set aside to cool. Grind them in a mixer until fine paste.
  4. FOR CHICKEN OR SOYA MINCE: Heat a skillet and add olive oil. Add crushed garlic followed by chopped onions. Fry till pink.
  5. Add chicken mince or mashed paneer or soaked soya granules. Add 5 tbsp red sauce and salt. Cook covered for 10 minutes if using soya or chicken. If it’s paneer, just fry and switch off the flame.
  6. Your dough, red sauce, chicken mince is ready. NOW PIZZA TIME!!!!
  7. Preheat oven at 220 degree C for 10 minutes.
  8. Knead the doubled dough well like roti ka dough.
  9. Grease the baking tray with little oil. It will give your crust a very crunchy texture and inside will be soft.
  10. Roll the dough as much as thin or thick you wish. I prefer thin crust. Keep in mind that it’ll double in size after baking.
  11. Brush the pastry with red sauce and add chicken mince.
  12. Grate all the cheese.
  13. Place bell peppers, red cabbade and bacon or soya mince rashers.Load with all the cheese and sprinkle Italian seasoning and chilli flakes.
  14. Bake at 220 degree C for 15 minutes. You can see the browning of crust. Take it out, cut and serve.😋
  15. Enjoy☺️ KEEP COOKING!!!
