Ingredients to make Cheese, Onion and Capsicum Rolls

  • Processed Cheese grated about 100 gms
  • onion 1 small finely chopped
  • capsicum 1 finely chopped
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • green chillies chopped 1
  • salt to taste
  • Oregano & chilli flakes mix 2 tsp
  • Bread slices cut into halves 10 pieces

How to make Cheese, Onion and Capsicum Rolls

  1. In a bowl mix cheese capsicum onion & above mentioned masalas with the help of spoon very lightly.
  2. Cut bread slices into halves.
  3. Take another bowl filled with water. Put salt & lal mirch powder.
  4. Now dip bread halves and take out immediately.
  5. Squeeze water pressing between your palms
  6. Take small amount of mixure of cheese, capsicum,onion. Put it in the centre of the slice.
  7. Now roll it between your palms to give shape.
  8. Deep fry in hot oil on medium to high flame.
  9. Please take care not to fry for longer time as cheese melts quickly in hot oil.
  10. Serve hot with tomato sauce, green chutney or mayonnaise.

My Tip:

If you wish to avoid deep frying these rolls just bake or airfry them.
