Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. **ingredients for the pancakes**
  2. Plain flour - 1/3 Cup
  3. Egg - 3
  4. Milk - 1 cup
  5. custard powder - 1/4 cup
  6. icing sugar - 1/4 cup
  7. melted butter - 10 gram
  8. bit of extra melted butter - for brushing
  9. **ingredients for the filling**
  10. whipping cream - 1 and 1/4 cup
  11. icing sugar - 1/2 tablespoon
  12. Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon
  13. mango - 2-3

Instructions

  1. **method for making pancakes**
  2. slightly beat the eggs in a bowl.
  3. sift the flour, custard powder and icing sugar into another bowl.
  4. pour the milk into a mixing bowl.
  5. add sifted flour mixture into the milk.
  6. mix with a whisker until well combined and lump free.
  7. add beaten egg and whisk nicely.
  8. add melted butter into the mixture and mix well.
  9. strain and pour the mixture or batter through a sieve into a bowl.
  10. over a low flame, heat up a non stick frying pan.
  11. brush the pan with the butter.
  12. pour small amount of batter onto the pan and swirl quickly to form a very thin round shape.
  13. after few seconds you will see small air bubbles are appearing under the pancake.
  14. that means it's time to remove the pancake. **no need to cook the other side**
  15. same way make all the pancakes with rest of the batter and place on a plate to cool down.
  16. **method for making the filling**
  17. whip the cream, vanilla essence and icing sugar until stiff peaks form.
  18. wash and peel the mangoes and cut into slices.
  19. lay clear, smooth side facing down one pancake on a flat surface.
  20. put some whipped cream onto the middle of the pancake.
  21. place one slice of mango on top of that cream.
  22. wrap the filling from two sides of the pancake.
  23. and then wrap other two sides of the pancake and put it on a plate with the folded side facing down.
  24. gently cut into half with a knife.
  25. Enjoy the pancakes.
