Sindhi aloo tikkies

Ingredients to make Sindhi aloo tikkies

  • 1/2 kg boiled potatoes
  • 4 tbsp boiled chana daal
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1tbsp chaat masala powder
  • 1 tbs amchur powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to make Sindhi aloo tikkies

  1. Mash the potatoes, add to a bowl along with chana dal, onion, green chillies, red chilli powder, chaat masala, amchur powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
  2. Shape into even sized tikkis.Heat the tawa add oil and shallow fry on both sides till golden.
  3. Serve with chutney/ketchup of your choice.
