Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Aata- 2 cups
  2. Phool gobhi- 1
  3. Hari mirch- 2
  4. Paneer- 100gms
  5. Lal mirch powder- 1/4 tsp
  6. Chat masala
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Jeera powder- 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. In chopper add cauliflower, green chilli and Paneer.
  2. Then transfer to a bowl and mix chat Masala namak and haldi. Stuffing is ready.
  3. Make a ball and roll it about 3" and fill stuffing. Roll to make a parantha.
  4. Sprinkle ghee on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with dahi or chutney.
