Ingredients to make Gobhi Paneer parantha

  • Aata- 2 cups
  • phool gobhi- 1
  • hari mirch- 2
  • paneer- 100gms
  • Lal mirch powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Chat masala
  • salt to taste
  • jeera powder- 1/4 tsp

How to make Gobhi Paneer parantha

  1. In chopper add cauliflower, green chilli and Paneer.
  2. Then transfer to a bowl and mix chat Masala namak and haldi. Stuffing is ready.
  3. Make a ball and roll it about 3" and fill stuffing. Roll to make a parantha.
  4. Sprinkle ghee on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with dahi or chutney.

My Tip:

I din't squeeze out water from mixer.
