Ingredients to make Saiyun Patata

  • semolina half packet ( roasted)
  • sugar as per your taste ( 1/2 cup)
  • 2/3 green cardomom
  • water 1 cup
  • 3tbsp oil
  • Almonds for garnish
  • Fried potatoes

How to make Saiyun Patata

  1. To make saviyan take half packet of roasted saviyan.
  2. In a pan put 3tbsp of oil add green cardamom . break saviyun into small pieces . roast it till color change . Add sugar as per your taste.
  3. Add water in pan and cover it till cook it on high flame first ,after a boil just let it simmer.
  4. Now mix it nicely and check water is absorbed , now its ready to eat. Take it out a plate and garnish with crushed almonds on it .
  5. Serve with fried potatoes.
