ABOUT Varagu Arisi/Kodo millet mirsange cheese balls RECIPE

Varagu arisi mirsange cheese ball is a konguni snack which I made a slight variation adding cheese to it. Varagu arisi cheese ball is a mild and a perfect tea time snack. The combination of the capsicum and cheese tastes heavenly. And this snack is ofcourse a healthy one too because it is prepared with kodo millet / varagu arisi.
