Onion-Mozarella Rings

Ingredients to make Onion-Mozarella Rings

  • Medium onions 2
  • Some Mozarella cheese sliced into long flat slices
  • maida 1/2 cup to coat
  • Egg 2 or cornflour - 2 tbsp in 2 tsp water for coating
  • Breadcrumbs for final coating
  • oil to fry

How to make Onion-Mozarella Rings

  1. Cut onions into round slices.
  2. Separate all the onions rings. They all will be of different sizes.
  3. Take 2 rings of the size so that a mozzarella slice can be easily stuffed in between the two rings.
  4. After stuffing mozarella in the oniin rings refrigerate for half an hour.
  5. Now heat the oil.
  6. Add some salt, pepper and chilly flakes in the egg batter according to taste.
  7. Take the rings out of the refrigerator and now coat firstly in maida.
  8. Now coat in the egg batter.
  9. And at last coat it in the breadcrumbs.
  10. Fry till it turns golden brown.
  11. Onion Mozzarella rings are ready to serve with any sauce or cheese dip.
