Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi - 2 packets + A little extra, broken
  2. Magic Masala - 1 packet
  3. Butter - 1 teaspoon
  4. Chilly flakes as per taste
  5. Mixed Herbs (Oregano, Parsley, Basil) as per taste
  6. 2-3 Finely chopped Green chillies
  7. Cheese - 2 cubes
  8. Crushed bread toast (to be crushed into powder)
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare Maggi in the normal way. Make sure prepared maggi should be dry. It should not have any extra water. Let it cool.
  2. Once cooled, add maggi magic masala, butter, chopped green chillies, red chilly flakes, mixed italian herbs, grated cheese, powdered toast/bread crumbs and salt.
  3. Make a dough of it and divide the dough into equal round balls of any desired shape.
  4. In a separate bowl, break the raw maggi into small pieces. Pour 6-7 drops of oil. Mix it.
  5. Take a maggi ball. Stick the pieces of maggi over it by applying a little pressure.
  6. Fry the maggi ball till crunchy and brown. Serve hot.
