Special Paneer Pockets

Ingredients to make Special Paneer Pockets

  • For the dough:
  • 1 1/2 cup maida
  • 2 tsp rawa
  • 4 tsp atta
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp cummin
  • oil as required
  • For the Stuffing:
  • mint leaves cleaned and washed
  • 3 onion finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup paneer grated
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1/2 cup cheese

How to make Special Paneer Pockets

  1. Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Make paste of mint leaves, onion, green chilli, salt and blend in a mixer.
  3. Make small balls and roll it with a rolling pin.
  4. Put mint paste on 1 side of chappati.
  5. Mix paneer and a pinch of black salt. Put it on the mint paste.
  6. Grate cheese over it. Cut stripes from one side.
  7. Start rolling like a chapatti and make a round, stick it.
  8. Deep fry before serving.

My Tip:

I have made it with paneer you can make it with your choice of vegetables.
