Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients to make Chicken Nuggets

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken breast cut in cubes
  • 1 tbsp finely ground garlic ginger paste
  • 3/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp red chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 3 - 4 tbsp all purpose flour or maida
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Chicken Nuggets

  1. Wash chicken breast and cut it into 1 inch thick cubes. Pat dry the chicken, add salt, soy sauce, pepper powder, red chilly powder and ginger garlic paste. Marinate this for about 30 minutes in the fridge.
  2. After that take out the marinated chicken and add corn flour to it and mix well.
  3. Add maida to the chicken ensuring that it is coated evenly and no moistness can be felt. The chicken pieces will be dry.
  4. In a thick bottomed pan heat oil for frying. Ensure that the oil is on medium flame. Put in the maida coated chicken pieces and fry till they are golden brown in color and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with any sauce or mint chutney.

My Tip:

I prefer to serve it with schewan sauce or you can serve it with sauce or any chutney if your choice
