Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oil 3 tbsp
  2. Jeera a pinch
  3. Methi dana a pinch
  4. Hing a pinch
  5. Dahi 250 gms
  6. Besan 150 gms
  7. Hari mirch 2
  8. Water as required
  9. Haldi powder a pinch
  10. Mirch powder 1 tsp
  11. Jeera powder a pinch
  12. Garam masala a pinch

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and cut onions lengthwise.
  2. Take a wok and add oil, when it heats up add methi dana, jeera and hing.
  3. When all begin to splutter, add onions and saute well.
  4. Add hari mirch and mix well.
  5. Pour the dahi and the masalas mixture in Kadhai.
  6. Let it cook and stir occasionally.
  7. When cream starts appearing on walls of wok, add namak and cook for 2 minutes more.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice and papad.
