Fried Tofu

Ingredients to make Fried Tofu

  • 200 grams firm tofu
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Oil to fry

How to make Fried Tofu

  1. Dice the tofu into bite-sized square. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Keep aside
  2. Heat the oil in deep wok. Once the oil is hot, add the bits of tofu in lots of ten. Fry till golden.
  3. Serve with a sweet chilli sauce made with soya sauce, garlic, sugar and sesame oil or just add it to your salad.
My Tip: Make sure the oil has reached the optimum temperature for frying
