Ingredients to make Roohafza Slush

  • 4 glass full fat milk.
  • 5-8 tbsp roohafza depending on sweetness.
  • Some strawberries for garnish and roohafza essence..

How to make Roohafza Slush

  1. Keep milk in the freezer to set. It should become as hard as ice.
  2. Break the frozen milk into chunk and add into the blender.
  3. Add roohafza as per taste and blend for a few minutes.
  4. Pour into glasses directly.
  5. Pour roohafza on top and garnish with a sliced strawberry. Serve chilled.
