Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup rolled oats
  2. 1 cup buttermilk
  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Oil 2-3 tsp
  6. 1/4 cup rice flour
  7. Water as needed
  8. 1/4 cup ravva

Instructions

  1. Firstly soak the oats in buttermilk overnight
  2. Now take them and add salt, ravva, rice flour and mix well
  3. And water and it should be like does consistency
  4. Now take the dosa pan and add oil
  5. Now take full ladle of batter and make dosa
  6. On to add carrot and serve
