Ingredients to make Besabra Baingan

  • Pizza sauce 3 tbsp
  • onions 3 large
  • Brinjals 250 gms
  • jeera powder 1 tsp
  • haldi powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • namak as required
  • water if required

How to make Besabra Baingan

  1. Take the sauce in a Kadhai.
  2. Add sliced onions and saute well.
