Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3/4 cups daliya (broken whole wheats)
  2. 2 tsp chopped carrot
  3. 2 tsp chopped capsicum
  4. 1 tsp chopped onion
  5. 2 tsp green peas
  6. 2 tsp corn seeds(optional)
  7. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  8. 2 tsp chopped tomatoes
  9. salt to taste
  10. 2 pinch turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tsp oil
  12. 1/4 tsp jeera seeds
  13. 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  14. 2 tsp green coriander chopped

Instructions

  1. take a cooker put oil in it of full heat
  2. add jeers seeds let it brown
  3. add garlic and onion and sauté for 1 minute on medium heat
  4. add 2 glass water in it
  5. now add all veggies in it
  6. add salt, turmeric powder, and coriander powder
  7. now add broken wheat and lid the cooker
  8. let 1 whistle comes on full heat then reduce flame
  9. cook on low flame for 7 minutes then off flame
  10. let then cooker cools down than garnish with chopped green coriander and serve
