Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ghee 2 tbsp
  2. 1 tsp jeera
  3. 1 tsp saunf
  4. 1 tsp methi dana
  5. 4 boiled potatoes
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Pepper as per taste
  8. Red chili powder 1/2 to 2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder as per taste
  11. A pinch of hing
  12. Fresh coriander finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat the ghee and add jeera, methi, saunf.
  2. Saute for a minute.
  3. Add in the boiled potatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add in all the dry masalas to it and keep cooking for a few minutes on high heat. Till the potatoes get slightly roasted.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander.
