Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. BasmatI rice 1 cup
  2. 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  3. 10 to 15 french beans cut finely
  4. 2 carrots cut finely
  5. 1 capsicum cut finely
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  8. 2 teaspoons Ching's fried rice miracle masala

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice and keep aside. Saute all the vegetables and keep aside.
  2. In a wok, heat 2 tablespoons oil. Saute the vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes. Add salt and chillI powder to the rice and mix with sauteed vegetables.
  3. At the end add Ching's chinese schezwan fried rice miracle masala and mix well. Top with paneer as garnish and serve.
