Ingredients to make Choco Coco Cooker Cake

  • dessicated coconut 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • maida 1 cup
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • Baking Powder a pinch
  • Dry fruits a handful

How to make Choco Coco Cooker Cake

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make sure there are no lumps.
  2. The batter consistency should be that of idly batter. Neither too thick nor too thin.
  3. Take a greased cake tin. Dust it with a little maida. Pour the batter and top it with slightly ghee roasted dry fruits.
  4. Take a cooker. Keep a mesh. Add water just to the level of the mesh. Keep the cake tin and close the lid without weight or whistle.
  5. Bake in high flame for 5 minutes and then lower the flame for 30 minutes. After that open the lid and keep it open for 5 minutes.
  6. Turn of the flame and remove from cooker. Once cooled remove the cake using a sharp knife.
  7. Cooker cake is ready to serve.
