ABOUT Fresh Arabic Hummus RECIPE

Arabic dip served with pita bread.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cups chickpeas (Boiled)
  2. 2 cloves of garlic
  3. 1 lemon
  4. 3 tbsp Tahini paste
  5. 1/2 cup olive oil
  6. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add cooked chickpeas and pulse into a smooth paste. You can add water used to cook the chickpeas.
  2. Add garlic, salt, lemon juice, tahini paste and pulse into smooth paste.
  3. Add olive oil and pulse again to get a smooth paste.
  4. Remove in a bowl and serve with pita breads.
