Cheesy Chilli

Ingredients to make Cheesy Chilli

  • 250 gms long vada chillies (Deseed if you don't like spicy)
  • Processed cheese 100 gms
  • cottage cheese 100 gms
  • Pizza seasoning 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/2 cupcorn starch
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • water as required
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Cheesy Chilli

  1. Wash and dry wipe the chillies. Cut from the centre and remove the seeds.
  2. Take 1/4 tsp ketchup and coat the inner base.
  3. Take paneer and processed cheese, grated in a bowl. Add pizza seasoning, ketchup and mix lightly.
  4. Fill this mixture in the chillies.
  5. Mix together maida, baking powder, cornstarch and salt. Add water to get a thick batter. Add in any leftover cheese and paneer mixture.
  6. Heat some oil in a pan for deep frying the chilli.
  7. Dip the chilli and coat with the maida batter, deep fry until golden from all the sides.
  8. Place on a kitchen napkin,serve with sweet and hot sauce.
