Wheat Pocket Pizza

Ingredients to make Wheat Pocket Pizza

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • onion 1 sliced
  • capsicum 1 thinly sliced
  • paneer 50 gms
  • tomato ketchup 5-6 tsp
  • garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • sugar 1/2 tbsp
  • Italian seasoning 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • chilli flakes 1 tbsp
  • salt as required
  • Processed chesse cubes 1 grated
  • oil 1-2 tbsp

How to make Wheat Pocket Pizza

  1. Make a dough of wheat flour with salt and water.
  2. Make the pizza sauce: Add oil in a wok, add garlic paste and fry. Add tomato ketchup, sugar, salt and italian seasoning. Fry till oil comes out, keep aside.
  3. Take two big roundels of dough . Make two chapattis.
  4. On one chapati add the pizza sauce in the middle. Over it add the sliced onions, capsicum, crumbled paneer, sprinkle salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, chilli flakes, and lots of cheese.
  5. Sprinkle some water with your fingers on the sides of the chapattis and cover it with the second chapatti and press the sides with a fork to seal it well .
  6. Now shallow fry the pizza on the tawa on low heat.
  7. Cut into four pieces and serve hot.
