Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Besan 1/2 cup
  2. Sooji 1/4 cup
  3. Atta 1/4 cup
  4. Salt as required
  5. Haldi powder 1 tsp
  6. Lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Sprouted beans paste 1/2 cup
  8. Water to make a thick batter

Instructions

  1. Take a wide bowl add all the ingredients and make a batter, like a idli batter with the help of water.
  2. Pour a full ladle on a hot tawa and make a round like a dosa.
  3. Sprinkle some oil if required.
  4. Flip twice thrice until it turns golden on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or sauce and tea.
