Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup Ragi Flour
  2. 1/4 cup Rice Flour
  3. 1 1/4 cup water
  4. 1 Onion, finely chopped
  5. 1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
  6. 1 tablespoon finely chopped Coriander 
  7. 2 tbsp Cooking Oil frying
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take ragi flour, rice flour, chopped green chillies and water in a large bowl.
  2. Now add onion ,salt and mix well
  3. Now add some more water and mix well
  4. And chopped coriander and mix well
  5. Now take a pan and apply some oil
  6. And pour the batter and spread well
  7. And flip on other side and fry well and serve well
