Ingredients to make Long Loaf Sandwich Roll

  • 4 Rolls of multigrain long loaf bread
  • 1 cup white sauce
  • 1 cup grated processed cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Mixed dry herbs as per choice
  • Pickle vegetables carrot, radish, red beet (Thin slices)
  • 1/2 cup cabbage, minced
  • 1/2 cup capsicum, minced
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 1 tsp dry curry powder
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for frying french fries + 1 tsp
  • 1 cup processed cheese, grated
  • 2 big potatoes for french fries
  • 3/4 cup tomato ketchup

How to make Long Loaf Sandwich Roll

  1. For the crunchy vegetable, take a pan and add 1 tsp oil, minced onion, cabbage, capsicum. Saute together for a few minutes, add salt and the curry powder. Cook for 2 minutes or more. Turn off the flame.
  2. For the french fries, wash and peel 2 potatoes. Cut into fingersticks and then deep fry in oil.
  3. To assemble: Cut the loaf from the centre, open it like a book. Upper layer, coat with white sauce and mustard sauce.
  4. Lower layer, coat with white sauce, ketchup and herbs.
  5. Second layer is of cabbage, capsicum and onion mixed with dry masalas.
  6. Third layer is of the vinegar mix vegetable pickle.
  7. Fourth layer is of processed grated cheese.
  8. Fifth layer is of french fries and tomato ketchup.
  9. Close with top side of the bread and serve.
