Muffin uttapam

Ingredients to make Muffin uttapam

  • 1/2 kg ready made dosa batter
  • 200 gms paneer cubes
  • 1 capsicum diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 6 to 8 mushrooms diced
  • 1 boiled potato diced
  • 2 tbsp hung curd
  • Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
  • Achaar masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive pil
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • Grated cheese for garnish

How to make Muffin uttapam

  1. 1. Marinate all the vegetables in the above mixture and masalas for 20 mins.
  2. 2. Put under grill for around 15 mins or till they are brown and crispy.
  3. 3. Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 mins.
  4. 4. Grease a muffin tray with drops of oil or butter.
  5. 5. Pour 2 tbsp of dosa batter in each mould.top them with chopped onion and tomatoes.
  6. 6.Bake till cooked. Do the toothpick test. Once cooked brown the top with "toast"option.
  7. 7. Assemble the dish. Line the muffin uttapams in a serving dish.
  8. 8. Top with grilled vegetables. Garnish with grated cheese or cheese sauce.
  9. 9. Serve hot as a snack.

My Tip:

A tbsp of pickle masala enhances the taste of the vegetables.
