Ingredients to make Cheesecake

  • Philadelphia or kraft cream cheese 1/2 cup
  • Milkmaid 1/2 can
  • Whipped cream 1/2 cup
  • Gelatin 1 tablespoon
  • Digestive or Marie biscuits 10-15
  • butter 1/2 cup
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cherries or strawberries to garnish

How to make Cheesecake

  1. Grind digestive biscuits finely in a mixer grinder.
  2. Take a pan melt butter and add 2 tbsp sugar and digestive biscuits, mix well on low heat for 5 minutes and then remove.
  3. Spread and press the mixture evenly in a cheesecake tin or in a glass bowl or a baking tray and keep inside fridge to set.
  4. Take gelatin and soak in 2-3 tbsp of water.
  5. Take a bowl, add cream cheese and milkmaid and beat well till evenly mixed with an electric beater.
  6. Mix whipped cream and fold in nicely or beat for 2 minutes to mix it do not overbeat.
  7. Take a small pan and add gelatin and cook for 2 - 3 minutes till it melts. Remove from fire and cool it slightly.
  8. Add the melted gelatin and mix well.
  9. Take the digestive biscuits from the fridge and spread the cream cheese mixture and keep inside the refrigerator for 6-8 hours to set.
  10. Remove from fridge and garnish with fresh cherries or strawberries and serve.

My Tip:

You can use china grass instead of gelatin and if you do not have cream cheese you can use fresh paneer as well.
