Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl boiled mix vegetables
  2. (Cauliflower, Peas, Carrot, Baby Corn, French Beans, Zucchini, Broccoli, Chopped Onion, Bell Pepper, Tomato and more)
  3. 1 tbsp paste of garlic
  4. 1 tbsp paste of onion
  5. 1 tbsp paste of green chilly
  6. 1 tbsp paste of ginger
  7. 1 onion crushed
  8. 1 tomato crushed
  9. 1/2 cup kashmiri chilly paste (Soak kashmiri chilly in warm water for 30 minutes and then make a paste. Use resham patti chilly if you don't like spicy)
  10. 1 tbsp sock cashews paste
  11. Kasoori methi as per taste
  12. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  13. 1 tbsp cream
  14. 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  15. Salt as per tastes
  16. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  17. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  18. 1 tsp cumin Coriander powder

Instructions

  1. Take a pan heat ghee, add ginger, chilly, garlic and onion paste and a little red chilly, salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder and saute for two minutes.
  2. Add onion, saute till it has become brown then add tomato and cook it.
  3. Add kashmiri chilli paste, saute it. Add all the boiled vegetable. Add cashew paste.
  4. Add butter, lemon juice, garam masala, kasoori methi, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin and coriander powder. Stir it.
  5. Serve hot in a bowl. Add a little cheese for garnishing.
