Mango Walnut Icecream

Ingredients to make Mango Walnut Icecream

  • 500 ml full fat milk
  • 9 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 1/2 tsp G.M.S
  • A pinch of C.M.C
  • 1 cup mango Pulp + 1/2 cup Chopped mango
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup amul fresh cream

How to make Mango Walnut Icecream

  1. Take cold milk and add milk powder, corn flour, G.M.S, C.M.C and mix it well.
  2. Take 500 ml milk in a pan and add sugar. Stir and boil it for 15 minutes.
  3. Add cold milk mixture in it. Stir it and then turn off the gas.
  4. Cool down to the room temperature. Keep in the fridge for 1 1/2 hour.
  5. Add in the mango pulp and amul fresh cream and beat it till it becomes fluffy.
  6. Add mango pieces and walnuts and mix it. Put some walnuts on the top to garnish.
  7. Keep in the fridge for 7-8 hours to set before serving.
