Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Soaked Mamra 4 cups
  2. Besan 1 cup
  3. Atta 1/2 cup
  4. Onions 2 medium
  5. Salt as required
  6. Haldi powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Kali mirch powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Chat masala 1 tsp
  10. Water as required
  11. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. First of all soak Mamra for 10 minutes.
  2. Wash and chop the onions.
  3. Take a big bowl and add soaked Mamra, Besan, Atta and all the dry ingredients.
  4. Make a very thick batter so that you can give them any desired shape.
  5. Add enough oil in a wok and let it heat. Fry cutlet as poori till it turns golden.
  6. Cutlets are ready.
  7. Serve with chutney or sauce.
