Masoom Mamra Cutlet

Ingredients to make Masoom Mamra Cutlet

  • Soaked Mamra 4 cups
  • besan 1 cup
  • atta 1/2 cup
  • onions 2 medium
  • salt as required
  • haldi powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kali mirch powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • water as required
  • oil to fry

How to make Masoom Mamra Cutlet

  1. First of all soak Mamra for 10 minutes.
  2. Wash and chop the onions.
  3. Take a big bowl and add soaked Mamra, Besan, Atta and all the dry ingredients.
  4. Make a very thick batter so that you can give them any desired shape.
  5. Add enough oil in a wok and let it heat. Fry cutlet as poori till it turns golden.
  6. Cutlets are ready.
  7. Serve with chutney or sauce.

My Tip:

Don't squeeze out the water from the Mamra because we need water to assemble all the ingredients to make a thick batter.
