ABOUT Poha namkeen RECIPE

Crispy namkeen made from poha(flattened rice).

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cups of poha
  2. 1 tbsp of peanuts
  3. 1 tbsp oil
  4. 1 tsp Salt (or acc to taste)
  5. 1 tbsp powder sugar
  6. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  7. 1 cup moti sev
  8. 5-6 Curry Leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a non stick pan and add oil.
  2. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. As it starts crackling add peanuts.
  4. Saute it as the colour changes add turmeric powder saute it.
  5. Add Poha and mix it in and saute till it becomes crispy.
  6. Then sugar powder and salt and mix with poha.
  7. Mix sev with poha properly.
  8. Enjoy crispy tasty namkeen with hot tea.
